I LOVE POTATO
2016
The potato is a graceless tuber.
It is sprinkled of dreadful hairy craters, which make it more ugly by growing up like tentacles
Big, it has a clumsy physique and seems elusive, like it blushes with some portliness.
But when it is in my plate, it is a real beauty!
Regardless the imposed shape by recipe it has, it becomes a mouthwatering painting.
And I devour it some other way than eyes!
This series has been created for 'The Big Potato' exhibition in 2016 curated by Jeffrey Allen Price.
